Correction
At the Leaders’ Debate on 30 October 2020, I made a comment suggesting that Peter Russo did paid legal work for legal aid while he is a member of parliament and the Chair of the Legal Affairs Committee and that this was an integrity scandal. I withdraw that statement in full and apologise for it. In making this statement, it was not my intention to suggest that Mr Russo’s conduct was found to be corrupt or in any way dishonourable, nor that he has done anything whatsoever that could constitute an integrity scandal.
