Member for Nanango Deb Frecklington has congratulated three outstanding local businesses recognised among the best in Queensland at the 2026 Queensland Day “All The Best” Awards.

The Queensland Day awards celebrate the very best the state has to offer, with thousands of Queenslanders voting to support their favourite local businesses.

The Nanango electorate secured an impressive result, with three local businesses achieving top-three placings across different categories, highlighting the strength of small business in the region.

The businesses recognised were:

  • Blackbutt Bakery – 3rd place
  • Linard Floral and Bridal Centre – 2nd place
  • The Linville Hotel – 3rd place

Ms Frecklington said the results were a testament to the quality, dedication and community spirit of local operators.

“Our region consistently punches above its weight, and this recognition shows just how highly regarded our local businesses are right across Queensland,” she said.

“Community support is at the heart of every successful small business, and it’s clear our locals got right behind these fantastic operators,” she said.

“This recognition was something the entire community could be proud of and congratulated each business on their achievement”.

The strong showing in the awards reinforces the Nanango electorate’s reputation as home to some of the state’s best small businesses, spanning hospitality, retail and service industries.

With three top-three finishes across the state, the region now has even more reason to celebrate its local success stories.
